sloppy bad attitude One of your mechanics got in my car covered in dirty and grease. And then another smarted off about it when a said something. He stated that’s what you get when you come to a shop. He didn’t know how to operate the wipers on my vehicle or open the hood. After I showed him how to do it the shop manager told me he hated to be a bad guy but I couldn’t be out there and needed to go inside. I explained to him what I was doing and he still told me to go. As a shop manager I believe he doesn’t need to be there. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with him and this is the main reason I don’t come to this shop that often. He doesn’t seem to listen to people and has an attitude whenever someone tries to talk with him. I have seen the way he treats other people and it’s almost with arrogance. More
