My first experience with Jenkins Hyundai Subaru. Stoped end late, just before close to curse the sales lot and see what was on hand. Travis scheduled a time for me on Monday to come back for a test drive, and see what I thought. I was unable to make my scheduled Monday appointment, but ever vigulent Travis checked back with my to confirm my interest, and reschedule, I want to emphasize that he was in no way pushy or aggressive, he was always a pleasure to talk with, and more than wiling to accommodate. So I finally made it back to e dealership for my test drive, and purchase, once again late as usual. Once again Travis who was scheduled off that day, stayed late and worked his magic to get me into the car at a price I was comfortable with. Both Travis and Mike Bacco, from finance stayed late to complete the sale, greatly appreciated, Travis and Mike. The car was running on empty, after the test drive, and Travis headed out to Sheetz to fill her up, out of his own pocket. I had a truly enjoyable car buying experience, something that I am sure almost never happens. If you are thinking about a new or used car, stop be Jenkins, and ask for Travis, you will enjoy his low pressure sales tactics, and his down home country boy charm! Mr. Jenkins do yourself, and your dealership a tremendous favor and hire a fleet of salesmen like Travis. He'll sale the xxxx out of anything you have on the lot, new and used. I can guarantee that you will have happy, satisfied, and returning customers. Travis keep your eyes out for a nice Toyota or Subaru four wheel drive, standard shift, and work your magic on the price and get back to me, you will most likely have another sale under your belt. Really and truly working and dealing with both Travis, and Mike was like buying a car form a close friend, rather than a salesman. Keep up the good job Travis. Absolutely Positively Wonderful Miranda was wonderful. I really wanted something with a V6. On the lot the day I happened to go in their wasn't one Subaru with a V6 available. I do a lot of driving for work as well so I wanted something very comfortable. Miranda was very helpful. She showed me everything on the lot with a V6 available. I don't remember how many test drives we went on but it was more than a few. She could have taken other customers while I was making up my mind but she was very mindful of what I wanted. She pretty much spent her whole afternoon trying to help me. Then when we went over to the used lot I fell in love with the Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was out of my origina budget but Miranda and Mike Bacco were able to help me get a payment I am content with and a car that I am absolutely in love with. Thanks so much for your honesty and helpfulness. I would definitely recommend Miranda to all my friends. She was honest about what she could and could not make work and I would surely do it all over again. More

He even assisted me in entering contact numbers into my blue tooth and advised me to stop by anytime if I needed additional assistance. I did not purchase a vehicle with factory tinting so Zach and the Sales Manager, Patrick Campbell assisted me in locating someone to install it. Zach was fabulous! I would recommend him and Patrick to anyone wishing to purchase a Subaru. More
