Very Helpful and Knowledgable I worked with Khristy and she was able to answer every single question about the XV Crosstrek that I had (and trust me, I had a million). She was nice and patient the entire time we worked with her, even through the financial process. She even helped get us a great deal and more trade-in for our old car. Mike was extremely professional and very thorough with the paperwork we needed to sign. Not once did I feel anyone in that dealership was rude or just attempting to push a sale. My first experience with Jenkins Hyundai Subaru. Stoped end late, just before close to curse the sales lot and see what was on hand. Travis scheduled a time for me on Monday to come back for a test drive, and see what I thought. I was unable to make my scheduled Monday appointment, but ever vigulent Travis checked back with my to confirm my interest, and reschedule, I want to emphasize that he was in no way pushy or aggressive, he was always a pleasure to talk with, and more than wiling to accommodate. So I finally made it back to e dealership for my test drive, and purchase, once again late as usual. Once again Travis who was scheduled off that day, stayed late and worked his magic to get me into the car at a price I was comfortable with. Both Travis and Mike Bacco, from finance stayed late to complete the sale, greatly appreciated, Travis and Mike. The car was running on empty, after the test drive, and Travis headed out to Sheetz to fill her up, out of his own pocket. I had a truly enjoyable car buying experience, something that I am sure almost never happens. If you are thinking about a new or used car, stop be Jenkins, and ask for Travis, you will enjoy his low pressure sales tactics, and his down home country boy charm! Mr. Jenkins do yourself, and your dealership a tremendous favor and hire a fleet of salesmen like Travis. He'll sale the xxxx out of anything you have on the lot, new and used. I can guarantee that you will have happy, satisfied, and returning customers. Travis keep your eyes out for a nice Toyota or Subaru four wheel drive, standard shift, and work your magic on the price and get back to me, you will most likely have another sale under your belt. Really and truly working and dealing with both Travis, and Mike was like buying a car form a close friend, rather than a salesman. Keep up the good job Travis.
