Great, easy, stress free experience! I was in a car accident on 2/12/2019 in a bad snowstorm and time was a huge factor for me as I had to get a new car ASAP because I had a rental for ju I was in a car accident on 2/12/2019 in a bad snowstorm and time was a huge factor for me as I had to get a new car ASAP because I had a rental for just a week (at this point only 1 more day.) My family has had nothing but great experiences with Dan Neumann in the past so he was the first person I thought of to contact. He promptly sent me a email with a list of links of what I told him I was looking for. I had been planning, due to financial reasons, looking at used SUVs, but while looking on Ewald.com, I came across a new 2019 Buick Encore Preferred that I fell in love with, but it was a little above my price range. I called Dan up the following Monday, 2/18/2019, and he told me to come in right away without hesitation (despite it snowing the night before and I imagine he was quite busy with moving cars and clearing snow) and worked with me to be able to make it happen! I’ve worked in customer service and sales for almost 20 years and can say without hesitation he is an invaluable asset to Ewald! As a 38 yr old woman buying a brand new car on my own for the first time, it couldn’t have gone smoother. Dan was up front, honest and so helpful and extremely patient with explaining everything to me and answering my many questions. I really needed to be able to go home with my new SUV that day and he went above and beyond to make sure I was able to. All in all, he spend around 5-6 hours patiently walking me through the whole process-financing, different options, etc. He followed up with me the next day, and patiently answered any more questions of mine! As well, I added on heated seats and by Wednesday he already had it all set up for me to bring in next week to get them done. I can say with confidence any time I will need a car in the future, I will be returning to Dan and recommending him to anyone I know that is needing to purchase a car! Mike Balsewicz was also great going over the financing and other paperwork with me. He explained everything thoroughly without making me feel pressured to buy the optional packages, which I actually did end up opting to add on two of them and when I did he worked with me as far as giving me different options as to the term length of my loan to get my monthly payment to where I needed it to be. What started out as an extremely stressful event/experience with my car accident, Dan turned into a positive, exciting one! As a former employee of Walt Disney World, to me that is the definition of excellence in customer service. I can’t thank Dan and the entire Ewald Chevy Buick team for truly caring about their customers and making what can be a stressful situation a very smooth and stress-free one instead- I absolutely LOVE my new car! More
