where they make their money I brought my daughter's car in for a loud noise when driving. They said they'd take it out and see if they could tell what was wrong, but would have t I brought my daughter's car in for a loud noise when driving. They said they'd take it out and see if they could tell what was wrong, but would have to charge me to have the tech put it on the rack and look at it, which they did. The car needed new rear wheel bearings. Fortunately, another customer was waiting for service and told me about a local car repair shop who did the fix for half of what the dealer was going to charge. At the other place, they could tell what was wrong just by driving it and they were able to get the parts and fix it that morning. At the dealer I felt pressure to do things that didn't necessarily need to be done. When buying a car, the dealership has been very helpful and we have enjoyed working with Mike Beutel. More
