They found a rear whee I paid $115.00 for the service department to diagnose the problem of a thumping sound coming from the rear of my 2014 Prius V. They found a rear wheel bearing had a flat spot. The cost to replace it should be $900.00 and the diagnosing fee can be applied to the cost. They will call me when the parts comes in, they are extremely busy this week and will call me to schedule an appointment for next week. The car has only 44,000 miles and is garage kept. I was greeted friendly and everyone I cam in contact with was also friendly and polite. More
