Mike is wonderful and thorough as a salesman from whom I've just bought a second vehicle! The sales staff at Jim White Toyota are all very helpful and for the most part everyone seems to be focused on cus I've just bought a second vehicle! The sales staff at Jim White Toyota are all very helpful and for the most part everyone seems to be focused on customer service. Service department seems to always have new staff for some reason and they may not be aware you paid for a service package which is kind of annoying since it's in their system somewhere. I learned my lesson this time and have a copy in the car so I don't end up paying for something covered by the service program I bought. More
