I went and saw it and met with George Karahalios who was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted with the payment I needed and an amazing warranty to boot. The whole team worked hard to assist me in my car buying journey. I also had a young child with me and they were all very accommodating to her as well which means a lot. The finishing touches after my purchase were a pleasant surprise. They helped me program my phone and garage door opener and even had a bouquet of flowers on my front seat. I was left with a suv I loved, peace of mind and no questions left unanswered. It was a great experience and I highly recommended that if you’re looking for a good car buying experience without the sales pressure and a dealership who pays attention to detail, this is your stop. Rick in finance was great to deal with also. George also knew the features of the car inside and out. Know how the model changed over the years and really knew all the current electronic safety features. When I’m ready to buy my next Lexus, I’m calling George straight away. He is my go to person.
