We purchased a new Honda CRV EXL Hybrid from Gerald Honda of Countryside in September 2022; Terry Scudieri was our salesperson. Our experience with Terry and the staff at Gerald Honda was exceptional from the start. Terry provided us with competitive pricing while answering our initial questions directly and follow-up questions by phone within minutes. We ordered the car in August and expected it to be delivered by mid-November. Terry said he and his associates would do their best to source our vehicle earlier and keep us informed of their progress. Roughly four weeks later in September, Terry called with great news; he informed us they had procured the vehicle much earlier than expected! All of the paperwork, license plate details, etc. were in order when we took delivery of the Honda CRV at the dealership facility. Terry guided us through all of the vehicle's safety, operating and comfort features plus the setup of the individual driver settings including the hands-free cell phone connectivity. Throughout the process, Terry made certain there were no unanswered questions and no loose ends. There were zero issues with our pricing discussions! We fully recommend our salesperson, Terry Scudieri, our finance person, Mark Norwood, and Gerald Honda of Countryside. We could not be more pleased with our experience with them! More
