He always takes the time to patiently answer all of my questions and he also has a special way of making me feel like family. Furthermore, Mike's enthusiasm and belief in the Subaru product is both impressive and contagious! I think so highly of Mike that I have had my parents and sister come into the dealership and meet with him as well. Of course, they now lease their cars from Mike as well! More

I worked with him a few years ago when I purchased a Jetta- and decided it was time to upgrade to an SUV and just leased my Forester 2 weeks ago. As soon as I decided to trade in the Jetta I contacted Mike. I liked him because he wasn't pushy, he seemed very genuine and he followed up with me several times over the years. The first time I met him my friend and I told him we should all grab beers together because we had so much fun working with him. This time was no different. Mike, along with the financing staff and managers were great to work with. I didn't feel like I had to haggle with them- I told them what I could afford and they made it work. I told Mike this last time that I hope he stays in the car sales business as long as I am buying cars because I don't want to have to work with anyone else.
