As a matter of fact, it was by far the best car buying experience ever. Mike was very patient, answered every question, let me explore every aspect of the vehicles I was interested in (which was a very intensive, humorous experience), and when I finally decided on the 2015 Crosstrek he even programmed my garage remote and cell phone to the blue tooth system in the car (and that took him maybe 5 min tops). I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a Subaru. Very knowledgeable & professional, but friendly & fun too! I truly felt like I had made a new a friend by the time all was said and done. More

Mike was so excited to help me and really took his time answering my questions, going through scenarios, and of course test driving several cars. He's a proud redhead who doesn't oversell by any means and honestly uses a really reserved sales approach. Debby in finance was really helpful and incredibly quick as well. Mike made at least two purchase follow-ups asking how I liked the car and making sure that I had no buyers remorse. Overall it was a really good experience and I will not doubt make another 3hr drive just to deal with him again. More
