Amazing Customer Service! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to purchase a vehicle from. I went down the street to KIA to find my options the day prior. At KIA they weren I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to purchase a vehicle from. I went down the street to KIA to find my options the day prior. At KIA they weren't forth coming on the price of a vehicle until I signed...why would I start the process to sign something before I would know the price??? When I went to Preston they were transparent and NO PRESSURE which ultimately led me to feeling comfortable and purchasing my vehicle with confidence. I think Preston understands how to build and nurture relationships verses the high pressure sales tactics others take to. I was happy to have a negative experience at the other dealership because it made me appreciate the experience I had at Preston so much more. Anthony, Mike, Josh and the entire team made the process as painless and seamless as possible. KUDOS to this dealership for setting a standard in customer service! More

He was professional, GENUINE, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, honest, and PATIENT. He LISTENED to us, and provided us with the exact car for our budget and needs. Mike Bucci facilitated all our financing/registration/business transactions, and the lease we ended up with is more than satisfactory for us. He, also, is fabulously friendly and professional. The rest of the staff seemed VERY courteous and friendly. One of them went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable in the showroom while I was waiting for the final detailing of the car (even though I was not his customer). We will certainly continue to take our business to Preston Hyundai. I would recommend them to anyone. 3rd straight good experience We have leased our 3rd straight Hyundai Sonata from Preston. We have been very pleased with the vehicles and the car. Our only complaint over the years was the tires on previous Sonata's. That has been rectified with a new tire on the 2016. Old was Kuhmo now is Hankook. We love the 2016 Soanata and in pearl white it is a breath taking vehicle. I would definitely recommend Preston dealership and the Sonata vehicle. More

Great new car purchase and Preston's great staff My salesman: Mike Boyle. This is 3rd car purchase, made sure he was not off that day, went in and told Mike what I saw on lot, then we walked a litt My salesman: Mike Boyle. This is 3rd car purchase, made sure he was not off that day, went in and told Mike what I saw on lot, then we walked a little to see more. Mike does not try to oversell me, not even on our test drive. He was helpful with my questions, and was listening to my needs. When ready to drive off the lot, he took time with me to show me different parts of my new car, even ''hooking me up'' to be able to use my cell phone from the car, a feat I have not been able to achieve ''yet''! Am having the clear coat done now, so when brought it in for this service, Mr. Butchie (not sure of spelling his name correctly) showed me again how to use it. So all in all, Preston has a couple great people on their team, including a woman in service who saw me and said ''What, you got a new car?'' Sorta like visiting with my good friends at Presto Hyundai! I checked Amy Pickens name, as think it is her in service, but she is prettier than picture, know she is of Italian decent...see how good they are for you? More
