Friendly, considerate, very respectful of my desires and limits, no pressure, many very nice cars! Mike, salesman, at my request, played and sang a song on their piano! He's pretty good!! Jillian is a Jill-of-all-trades, scurrying about doing multiple chores, making sure things run smoothly. She even repaired my back window wiper! Valerie, /finance guru, is very personable. She even helped me update my auto insurance policy! Now that is excellent customer service! Yep! Highly satisfied! Yep! Highly recommended! Thanks! More

She accused me of playing her when she was the one who had my money and dragged me along for 2.5 hours and caused me to spent hundreds on Ubers and Instacart because I was waiting for this car to be done. Rona even verbally told me if I sued her she wouldn't care. They have done nothing to make this situation better. They showed no remorse. More
