He spent a generous amount of time through the initial shopping, offering options that I mentioned I liked. Also, Alex spent an entire afternoon handling the delivery preparation and providing a tutorial of key features in the Outback Touring XT. I fielded warrantee questions to Philip Musmacker who answered with passion and provided thorough explanations of coverage available from Subaru. All financing calculations checked to numbers I had worked up. Philip and Alex were careful to check that all negotiated terms were honored. Nothing is or should be free. I concluded this transaction seeing that I got what I paid for and did not pay for something I didn't get.
