This was the fifth new car buying experience we have had with Star since 2012. One of the experiences I would rate as a 3 because the salesperson, who is no longer with them, was inexperienced. The manager with Star since 2012. One of the experiences I would rate as a 3 because the salesperson, who is no longer with them, was inexperienced. The manager did however make up for his mistakes. This time Ryann Fernández was very competent, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely recommend asking for Ryann to any of our friends and family. More
