He was very knowledgeable and personable, not pushy like at other dealerships. This is not my first car lease, I always shopped GM in the past, and I decided to check out a competitor's cars because I was not happy with the cars or sales people I had previously dealt with. I could always see how phony the sales people were and how they didn't know what they were talking about. This was not the case with Mario! His commitment to getting me in the perfect car was extraordinary. He guided me throughout the process and got me exactly what I wanted, even though it wasn't in stock. He kept in touch during my waiting period and was eager to get me in my new car when it arrived. He has even been in touch after and I know that I can contact him with any questions and he will be happy to help me. I would definitely recommend Star Subaru to anyone looking for a great car with a great price! More
