The very best sales experience from all the staff at Star Subaru. Since we are new to Subaru, Jackson took the time to explain all the details about the car and paperwork. Mike took the time to explain the coverage packages and that any unused portion can be applied to the purchase of a new Subaru which we are definitely looking forward to in the future. Alex Chan is very friendly and helpful - Alex at Star Subaru was the first sales person, and dealership, we met when we started shopping for a new car. After visiting many other dealerships Alex at Star Subaru was the first sales person, and dealership, we met when we started shopping for a new car. After visiting many other dealerships and meeting other sales person, we ended up going back to Alex at Star Subaru. This showed his openness and his patience with working with us. The model that we wanted was not available, so he was able to order and secure the model that we wanted. He kept us up to date with the expected delivery date . This process took place during the busy end-of-year holiday season, when he was really busy, but he kept in touch with us with deliver date updates and price updates. The price actually decreased during our wait and Alex was able to accommodate the price changes. When our car arrived, Alex was able to assist with finalizing our loan. He is not the Finance person but he helped me work with my Credit Union with the loan, In this end, we decided to finance through Star Subaru because of the easiness of working with Alex. When we went to pick up the car, Alex was quick but thorough, and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed working with Alex. I only spoke on the phone to Mike the Finance manager for finalizing the sale before I went to pick up the car. I told him that I was going to get my financing through my Credit Union but he did not LISTEN and spoke only about purchasing extended warranties. I guess that's his job, but it did not help me with getting my financing. He was gone on vacation when the Credit Union needed information and when I went to pick up my car. Overall, all the staff at Star Subaru looked friendly, helpful and busy every time I visited the place. I would definitely recommend Alex to someone interested in purchasing a Subaru. More
