“With a mechanic/diesel instructor father, my young adult life took me into auto body repair, where I did a lot of estimating and customer service. Eventually I moved into service writing for a GM/Mazda/Jeep dealer for a few years and then ventured into manufacturing for 20 plus years. This established a network, that I still see expanding today. When the opportunity arose to get back into service in 2015, I eagerly accepted the challenge. I moved into my current position as Toyota Service Advisor in January 2017. Each day brings new opportunities to help our customers and to improve the Toyota service experience.”
