ONE STAR – TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BUYERS BEWARE! My experience with Grieco Nissan of Delray Beach has been an absolute nightmare. I returned my 2024 Nissan Sentra and leased a n BUYERS BEWARE! My experience with Grieco Nissan of Delray Beach has been an absolute nightmare. I returned my 2024 Nissan Sentra and leased a new 2026 Nissan Altima after being assured that my previous lease would be taken care of and that I would not owe anything further. Then Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation demanded approximately $9,000 in unexpected charges! The dealership's General Manager, Michael Doyle, confirmed in writing that the dealership calculated excess mileage based on 15,000 miles per year, resulting in approximately $1,305 in charges. However, Nissan's finance company calculated the mileage based on only 5,000 miles per year. This enormous discrepancy is unacceptable and has caused me serious financial stress. I trusted this dealership and relied on what I was told when signing my new lease. Now I am left fighting a massive financial demand. Despite my complaints and attempts to resolve this matter, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am extremely disappointed with the management and the way this situation has been handled. WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS: GET EVERY PROMISE IN WRITING. VERIFY EVERYTHING WITH THE FINANCE COMPANY BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Grieco Nissan of Delray Beach. One star is too generous! More
