I purchased a 2018 subaru forester from Mike Eril it could not of been better experience he was so helpful was a pleasure to work with him it was the best experience Ive gad purchasing a car. Wow, just wow! This is a 5 star dealership! If you are looking for an honest dealership with a 5 star staff then look no further, because you have finally found it! We have been looking for a large suv and dealt with our fair share of slimy dealers over the last few months. But Automotive Avenues was great from start to finish. Our salesman Mike Erli was attentive, easy going, accommodating and respectful of our time. When we arrived, the vehicle was waiting outside for our test drive. When we returned we were provided with the figures for the vehicle which was the online price, sales tax, registration and a $589 doc/clerical fee. That's it! No hidden fees. No unnecessary charges. No bologna!!!! We had to leave for a presecheduled medical appointment, so we explained that we wanted the vehicle, provided our identification, filled out the application, provided the loan pre-qualification email that we received from our bank and left. Upon return a few hours later, the vehicle was detailed to perfection, with a full tank of gas. I entered the office to sign the documents, which in the past has been a painful process at other dealerships... but not here! 8 minutes folks! That's how long I was at the dealership to sign paperwork, EIGHT minutes! It probably would've been 6 minutes, but I had 2 questions. I cannot express the gratitude that we have for Automotive Avenues and our salesman Mike to make this such an easy peasy process!! 5 stars all around! More

Very busy place. Excellent wholesale prices with quality autos. Excellent service, quick and friendly staff. I was in and out of there with my new car in about 2 hours. I bought an SUV last month, have been getting the run around ever since to service the few issues discussed before I signed, that I was promised to be fixed. Made appointments 3 times, all three times ne around ever since to service the few issues discussed before I signed, that I was promised to be fixed. Made appointments 3 times, all three times never touched the truck. Last appointment they stated they had to test drive it themselves again, then said they would fix it, again, and to schedule ANOTHER appointment. Absolutely ridiculously service, and the attitude of the service manager is horrendous. He became mad at me when I caught him in a lie, showed him what was suppose to be done and wasn't, twice, after he swore to me he did the job. Cost me more time and money with traveling back and forth, will never deal with them again, they lost 3 more sales due to this. When owner was approached, he was too busy to be bothered to hear what was going on. NJAG will have to decifer from here, I'm done dealing with them. More
