Mike Francis was my salesperson, after having emailed with Keisha. Allen took care of my financing package. They were all very friendly, accommodating, thorough and efficient. Since the big concerns of mine were having warranty coverage and sticking to a retirement budget, they were able to handle that for me, and now I have a nice car that is pretty much everything I was looking for. Mike was very helpful with transitioning me from my old car to my new one and was very patient explaining how to work the Bluetooth connection 😊. Thanks, mike, if you hadn't set that up I probably wouldn't have used it, but I've tried it now and really like it! I at no time felt pressured, and am glad that making a car decision has become much less stressful and more satisfying! More

We did a lot of long distance communications, he answered my calls and e-mails promptly with the information I required. I test drove the car a month before I purchased and decided that was the car I would purchase. I believe in what is meant to be is meant to be. That car was still there a month later, so we communicated over the phone, I went in on a designated day with the financing already set up via phone...purchased the car went over checklists and drove home in less than 3 hours. By the time I arrived home 1 1/2 hrs away, I was in love with the Limited Outback I had chosen. Even working with the finance Manager Allen Yingling was a fun experience. And I am looking forward to my appointment with Nicholas Dylewski to go over some questions I have regarding some of my many electronic options that came with my Limited Outback. I have already recommended Mike and New Subaru to some friends. Hopefully they will decide on a Subaru like I did. I couldn't be more pleased with such a seamless purchasing experience. More
