I am very happy with my car, but I was a little upset with the trade in total for my 2021 kicks and I found out the car doesn't come with a jack or spare tire after I left the lot. Nobody was aware of that new feature though, they did only have the car a day before I bought it. All in all it was a quick and easy process. More

service okay. .. I have had my Nissan for 12 months. I have only 7, 700 miles on the car. I have followed the maintenance completely. I had a tire with a nail in it .. I have had my Nissan for 12 months. I have only 7, 700 miles on the car. I have followed the maintenance completely. I had a tire with a nail in it... I thought it could be patched, as nail was in the near center of the thread. I was told, it couldn't be patched or guaranteed and I would need a new tire. The tire was $311.00...No I'm not happy as I wasn't even given the opportunity to keep my old tire... My rental, with 7,700 miles and no what so ever, discount, price reduction is upsetting.. Why did they say that I needed to have a new tire? Why wasn't I able to keep my old tire? I was an excellent customer, rental car with low mileage and not given any opportunity to have the tire patched or given the used tire back.... I'm upset that I felt like "buy a new tire or else". By the way, all my tires looked brand new.... ☹️ More
