Good workmanship. Customer service not so much. I called several times to see if they would honor a 15 percent coupon. Left messages but no one called back. Oil Change I would rate my experience as average with your service department. I had the first appointment time in the morning and still the oil change took well I would rate my experience as average with your service department. I had the first appointment time in the morning and still the oil change took well over an hour. When the car was ready, no one came and got me from the waiting room. I happen to notice my car in the parking lot and so I went to find my service rep to begin the checkout process. I had a very simple question on my bill for an oil change that the Rep could not answer. That was surprising. Not a big deal, just surprising. Overall, I felt like customer #12345 and not customer Ed Brewer. More

Schomp just keeps getting better and better Each time I visit Schomp for service they keep surpassing the very high bar of excellence, quality and service that they have set.
