This dealership has a great exterior presentation of cars. The lighting is always bright and easy to see all the cars and they are kept clean. I called to check on a car I saw when I had driven by the cars. The lighting is always bright and easy to see all the cars and they are kept clean. I called to check on a car I saw when I had driven by the lot the day before and got Gary Lamb on the phone. He was very friendly and quick to get all the necessary information. Gary was able to accommodate a test drive within an hour of our call. When I arrived my daughter and I were greeted politely by Gary and Ryan R.. They made us feel acknowledged and had the vehicle we had discussed ready for us to look at and test drive. In comparison to other dealerships I had been to Gary and Ryan worked as a team and it seemed less pressuring and made the process much quicker. Ryan was great and went into detail explaining all the features before we test drove the vehicle which also other dealerships had not done. Gary and Ryan made the progress very fun, comfortable and less stressful. They were very committed to customer service. The finance team Rick and Adam also were very pleasant to work with and their experience and knowledge was very beneficial in decision making which made it a fast and smooth process. Gary's boss Mike also greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. . The entire team at this location was genuine, personable and great a putting our needs first.
