
Mike is a 23 year veteran in automotive sales and has spent all those years working for the Carbone Auto Group. When you speak with Mike, he'll tell you that what he enjoys the most about his career are the people. Mike lives with his wife, Jeanette, children, Krista and Adam, his dog, Scotty and goldfish, Sunny. He loves being active and enjoys skiing, hiking, kayaking and completing home improvements in his spare time. He is also involved with the United Way and Home's for Habitat. This is my third Subaru from this dealership, though the dealership itself has changed ownership. In the past I felt that customer service was at the forefront of their culture and the buyer’s experience dealership itself has changed ownership. This time it felt like the dealership could care less about the customer—they only seem to care about the sale. This is my third car ( 2 new, this one used) from them, so one might think that kind of customer loyalty would allow for a free 1st oil change or for including the $150 bumper pad I needed the deal. Nothing. Buying a used car, I was aware of an extended Subaru warranty on the sound system. The woman who processed our “deal” said knew nothing about it and made no effort to find out information for me. If I had had more time, I would have walked away and gone to a dealership in Albany or Syracuse. I love my Subaru, but Subaru of Utica has lost me as a longtime customer. More
