Adam was very condescending and rude to me and our son. He accused our son of having work done at a different dealership, and told us the car wasn’t under warranty. As we were waiting in his office, an elderly lady and her husband were waiting outside his office to pick up her car. Adam told the assistant to “Go get the ladies car. I don't care if still has soap on it, just get her out. Our young adult son made the comment ,”that guy was the rudest service center tech I have ever met. He will have his car serviced in Mobile in the future. More
