The majority of my interactions were with Mike Hammond. He was very pleasant. It was easy to do business with him and communicating with him was very timely and any concerns or questions I had were immed He was very pleasant. I also had several interactions with Rachel Wyman who assisted me through the financials. Again, very responsive and pleasant. The day I was to pick up the car, Mike was not going to be in the office. He made arrangements for me to work with Ryan Rosan, who handled the final paperwork and delivery of my car very well. Bottom line, I would recommend Gordon Chevrolet very highly. Best of all, I'm loving my 2022 Equinox!!! More

All excited to look at this vehicle last Sunday. Got there at 1 o’clock because one of the website says they opened at 1 on Sundays! They were closed strike one. Then starting on Monday morning, I Got there at 1 o’clock because one of the website says they opened at 1 on Sundays! They were closed strike one. Then starting on Monday morning, I got texts all week from four different people! Strike two! no need to blow up my phone! I made appointment for 11 o’clock this past Saturday. We were there on time to find out we were fourth in line to test drive this vehicle after having an appointment! Umm no. I’m not waiting or wasting my Saturday to test drive a vehicle when there’s plenty of cars for sale out there! Strike 3 The excuse was explained to us that they don’t know what the other sales people are doing. An easy fix – have a meeting or something so that appointments for the same vehicle isn’t overlapped ! both my husband and I are vehicle shopping and you could’ve had two sales, but you blew it! More

I have had nothing but problems trying to reach Mike Hammond and Tyrone since purchasing my car, I requested a copy of the car Inspection and was told by Tyrone he would mail it, I Never received it, th Hammond and Tyrone since purchasing my car, I requested a copy of the car Inspection and was told by Tyrone he would mail it, I Never received it, this Inspection was to let me know that the vehicle was throughly Inspected, The Engine and Transmission a full inspection and I haven’t heard back from Anyone, I’ve called and left several messages for Mike and Tyrone to set and appt. for a I owe You.
