Although we a low mileage extra clean Mercury we decided it was probably time to upgrade to a new vehicle. In reading reviews it appeared that a new Buick was dollar for dollar a good buy. I contacted Scholfield Buick/GMC by Email late one evening with an inquiry. Although it was late evening I had a reply from Mike Hauschild, Internet Manager within thirty minutes. I stopped by the next morning and met and visited with Mike and then that afternoon took my wife to the dealership to look at some new Buicks. Mike was very professional and made us feel very relaxed and was patient in helping us make a decision. We finally decided to purchase a 2014 Buick Enclave. My wife, who is handicapped, felt that she could get into and out of the Enclave easier than a standard sedan. Mike Hauschild was very meticulous in the delivery process making sure to show us how everything operated and answering all questions. Scholfield Buick GMC takes the stress out of car buying. It was a very relaxed environment and with the help of Mike Hauschild explaining all the options and packages, we built the car exactly as we wanted, nothing more, nothing less. He kept in contact w/us from the day we ordered til the day we picked it up. I think he was as happy for me as I was upon delivery. I will continue to recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used car to visit their beautiful new facility! More

One should never advertise a truck online that is not ready to be sold. I have a limited amount of time but I drove by to look at a 2003 S10 that was listed on several websites just to find out it is sit ready to be sold. They are the people they take the used autos to when they need detailed. The truck was not available for showing and therefore lost a customer. NO sale here, and I wont go back to look at something they don't even have. What a waste of time, mine and there's. You should realize that it is very hard to sell something with that kind of business sense. It's not a good review so I just know they will reject it. More
