Michael Heermann is awesome! I was looking for a pre owned midsize SUV and had a few in mine. Within a few days i got a response back and was at the dealership test driving. The I was looking for a pre owned midsize SUV and had a few in mine. Within a few days i got a response back and was at the dealership test driving. The process was smooth and easy to follow. As a young woman ti can be intimidating walking into a room full of mean who just see you as a sale but Mike was incredible. He did a great job covering details, the CarFax, and an other questions i had. The financing part was rushed (not his fault) but other than that I had a great experience and will be recommending to friends and family. More
