Sales team was not very pushing which made the deal easier,i was looking for a Tahoe and Bob got involved and gave us some very helpfull info which turned us onto the Suburban. I purchased my Suburban and 2 days prior a good freind of mine purchased a new Cruze. Mike and Bob were very great people to deal with and if the service is as good as the sales I will be a returning customer. I dealt with allot of dealers over the years from Ford, Chevy,Honda,and Toyota never in the past was it as easy as dealing with Mike and Bob. Thanks More

I gave my experience at R and R Auto Group all ratings of 5 beacuse this is the third car purchase in 2 years. I dealt with Mike Hummel all three times and he has been a top notch salesman all three times. Todays visit was to help my son Joe purchase his first car. Mike showed him the cars he was interested in and let Joe take his time, test drive them, and decide with no added pressure at all. Mike listened to what Joe and I were looking for, asked us our price range, and met and exceeded our expectations and helped us pick out a 2007 Buick LaCrosse. We are very excited about the car and Joe cannot wait until tomorrow to pick it up. It's the "no hassle, no pressure" atmosphere at R and R that I look for in a dealership and will continue to do business with R and R. More

Sales and Service have always met or exceeded my expectations. Took my vehicle home for the night to test drive it and was in and out of the dealership within a few hours the next day with my new ve expectations. Took my vehicle home for the night to test drive it and was in and out of the dealership within a few hours the next day with my new vehicle. Plus, whenever I needed to leave my vehicle overnight I always had a loaner vehicle to take home. More
