Seems that you overbook the service department. I arrived at 4:20 for my 4:30 appointment. I waited 1 hour 15 minutes before asking if there was a problem. Waited another 15 minutes until car ready arrived at 4:20 for my 4:30 appointment. I waited 1 hour 15 minutes before asking if there was a problem. Waited another 15 minutes until car ready. Paperwork was incorrect... waited for that issue to be resolved. Not a good way to end my work day. Not one employee made me feel appreciated as a customer...not sure I’ll ever return. More

I was highly disappointed in the service. An oil change and tire rotation should not take an hr and 40 minutes. Also did not reset the maintenance screen on my display and the mileage for return is not cor and tire rotation should not take an hr and 40 minutes. Also did not reset the maintenance screen on my display and the mileage for return is not correct. It is a synthetic oil and is to be changed at 10000 miles not 5000 as the sticker suggest. Just a way to nickel and dime customer by thinking they needed in sooner than necessary. I had a coupon from a competitor and he said they applied it. When i looked at the invoice only the tire rotation was discounted. I also feel they should at least wash the cars for the price they charge for an oil change! More
