On May 21, 2026 I brought my car in for service, received a loaner, the dealership put $250 on hold for the loaner, no biggie. I returned the car the following daya nd was told the money would be lifted in a a loaner, the dealership put $250 on hold for the loaner, no biggie. I returned the car the following daya nd was told the money would be lifted in a couple of days. That was almost a month ago. I have been in contact with KARP, speaking to managers Mike Lindsay, Mike Ryan or Kelly and Ronnie who all 1. didn't believe, 2. hung up on me multiple times. 3. told me it's the 3rd party's fault, not KARP. Well, after tons of hours, going into the dealership and complaining that I still don't have my money , the BANK FINALLY TOLD ME KARP REFUSES TO RETURN MY MONEY UNTIL JUNE 20!!! A MONTH AFTER THE HOLD WAS PUT IN PLACE. The bank said" the MERCHANT, KARP, refuses to refund the money. Karp dealership refuses to fix the problem after my many requests, phonecalls and in person visits. They DO NOT CARE about the CUSTOMER. And they needed my $250 dollars more than I do apparently since they refuse to take the HOLD off of my funds!!!!!!!! More

This dealership has poor customer service. They do not return phone calls or let you speak to anyone once a car has been purchased. The finance department does not deal with people in an upfront manner. When a warranty is purchased they should tell you what the cost of the warranty is-not what your total payments are going to be on your loan. We are also not aware if there were any other options when it came to purchasing a warranty-such as a 1 yr or 2 yr option. The finance man spoke so fast that not a word could be heard or understood. Buying a car should be a pleasant experience which this one was not and why doesn't anyone return phone calls? Are you finished with the customer once they walk away? More

Prince was an excellent sales consultant who was very patient and helpful with the electronic application process. However, the so called sales manager left a lot to be desired. In all my years dealing with Karp i have never met a person as rude and indifferent who was more concerned with smoking cigarettes tha assisting my wife and I with the process of a lease a new s60. even after my wife went into his office and asked a question. He did not represent the Karp family culture and service that we have been used to over the years. He did not even congratulate us after we took possession of our sixth Volvo from Karp. If it weren’t for the sales and service people, I would not return. More
