The staff is friendly, accommodating and unintimidating to women (important to a 23 year old, single, financially independent woman). They explain everything thoroughly and I always feel like I'm getting excellent service and a fair price. That's why I bought my second car there too. Mike, in the sales department, was incredible. Although they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, he was tireless in finding exactly what I wanted and getting it down to my price range.
