So Happy and helped above and beyond! Drove into Gladewater from Holly Lake Ranch. We were met by the scheduler Summer when we told her we would be in. Her supervisor Alisa then matched us up with the best Solutions Specialist Mike Lambert who showed us the car we saw on the website and another vehicle that we requested to try out. He spent all the time we needed to make a decision which lead to a sale and then the following day Mike spent time answering all the questions I had regarding the car and helped set up settings that I was clueless about. We then met Johnny (who was born in the same town as my grandfather) in Finance for the paperwork, he made that a fun time instead of drudgery.
