However, I was not pleased with the man (I think he said his name was Andy) who pulled a chair up to Mike's desk and strongly pushed for us to take a loan. I told the man that Mike already indicated the loan option and it's benefits, but he proceeded to push anyway. I am not naive to think he was pushing it for our benefit - there is definitely something in it for him and that is clearly his goal. I thought he was condescending towards me - like I cannot think for myself. Since buying the car, we have been disappointed. Remote start was one of the features we were looking for in a car. We were told the car has remote start. However, the key fob we were given does not have remote start. In addition, we were not given a spare key fob. Something seems really messed up with the keys. Back when we wanted to test drive the car, the keys could not be found. After a while, an employee found the key fob - which had remote start and it was demonstrated to us at the test drive. Upon purchasing the car, we got one key fob, without remote start. Strange? Also, we were asked for a social security number. I am not sure why that is needed when the car was not financed. More
