When my wife and I arrived at Schaumburg Honda in search of a new car, he was the first one to greet us at the entrance. He instinctively guessed that we speak our common mother language. So, we could communicate freely in both English and Korean. Mike quickly found what our interest is and what we need. Is explanations on Honda car technologies helped us narrow our search. He was friendly and persuasive. After we tried other car dealers in and around town we eventually returned to Schaumburg Honda because we felt we could trust him. After long suggestions and discussions involving also my daughter, we eventually made a deal that meant we won and Honda won. In short, Mike was friendly, persuasive, trustful and knowledgeable in his field. I would not hesitate to recommend his to our friends. More

Out buying wxperi now this weekend was less than desirable. We were at the dealer for 4 hours although I don’t understand why it took so long. We were very specific on our costs and length of contract yet it took our salesman 5 times going back and forth to ultimately end where we wanted. Additionally, we were never given a straight answer by our salesman in regards to specific details of our sale. It was quite disappointing. It didn’t seem to matter how many times we explained why we came in or what we were looking for it didn’t seem as if our salesman was really listening to us or paying attention to our needs. I will more than likely go back to this dealership but I will most likely seek out a different salesman. More
