Great Experience with Salesperson As the '16 Civic was the 4th car from Mike Lis, that would say I enjoy working with him and, as a result, I have recommended people to him. What I was not enamored with was the length of time I spent at the Agency while Mike went to bat for me with the rest of the staff. That experience was the all-too-typical "if we come down a dollar on this deal, we'll have to close the Agency....it will be bankruptcy for sure" attitudes. I'm older and I've bought dozens of cars and own several antique cars. It's 2016 and the same game goes on....if the earth is still revolving around the sun, the "we're losing money" game continues. Thanks, Mike, for being an energetic advocate for me...it was as tough for you as for me to deal with the car games, but I left with a car because I'd rather get one from you than from someone else for a few bucks less.
