Don't Trust Andrew's Cadillac. A sale is their only concern not that all your needs are met. My wife and I visited Andrews Cadillac in Brentwood, TN on May 16, 2026, looking for A sale is their only concern not that all your needs are met. My wife and I visited Andrews Cadillac in Brentwood, TN on May 16, 2026, looking for the Vistiq EV with a heads-up display and air shocks. Mike Lombardi was our sales representative, and he said the Vistiq EV did not have these features AT ALL, but this is untrue. The Vistiq Platinum has these features, and more importantly it has air suspension, which was the most important feature we sought. My wife has chronic Lyme disease, and we wanted this feature for the ease of entering and exiting the vehicle for her service dog. When I asked Mike Lombardi in our test drive, he said NO, and we took his word for it. He then said that if we wanted those features, we could get them in the Escalade EV. This is an up sell to a vehicle costing $130,000. Mike had 3 days to prepare for our test drive, yet he failed to research all the features available on each Vistiq EV trim level. We believe this is misleading since a sales associate's job is to know the product they are selling. Then, I had to call the dealership to talk to Mr. Andrews. He never followed up on any of our emails; then he was dismissive, told us we weren't being truthful and he was extremely condescending. He said if you want out of your lease, then pay it in full and pursue the Vistiq EV Platinum. We did not learn about the features on the Vistiq EV Platinum until Cadillac sent us emails showing how the features can be adjusted across the different trim levels. We reported our issue to GM Executive Department (David Marsh & Mary Barra) Case Number 102373782. They took 3 days to review and in short came back with no resolution but to be apologetic. They said all Cadillac dealers are independent and make their own deals. Basically, To Bad, So Sad. In the end I find my interaction with GM Executives the same as Andrew Cadillac, lacking integrity and accountability. I am a US Navy Veteran, and I find no pleasure in writing this review other than having no one else fall into the situation we have gone through. More

I drove 3 hours because I was so impressed with Mike on the phone when we discussed my desire to purchase a 2026 Cadillac Escalade. I arrived and to my surprise Mike wasn’t there, BUT the receptionist IMM the phone when we discussed my desire to purchase a 2026 Cadillac Escalade. I arrived and to my surprise Mike wasn’t there, BUT the receptionist IMMEDIATELY called Ms Andrea(Mike told me he had a family emergency and to ask for Andrea) and she was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I have purchased several SUVs in the past few years, but never have I enjoyed the process so much. Ms. Andrea listened to what I wanted, explained a few things, and then I was given a few moments to go enjoy(really play bc it is awesome) their amazing coffee machine!! My daughter had a volleyball lesson that particular day so I had to get back to Dalton before we could actually finish the deal and instead of trying to convince me to stay so she could “make a sale” Andrea smiled at me and said, “Ok Allen, have a safe trip and we’ll make sure to have everything ready for you tomorrow.” Did I drive a total of 12 hours in 2 days just to come back to purchase an Escalade from Andrea, yes I did. I believe the WHY is what’s really important. Andrea had never met me before and honestly didn’t truly know if I was wasting her time or a serious buyer, BUT she cared either way. You can’t pay someone to care no matter the amount of money and after a few moments with her I felt like she was a friend that I was getting the honor to buy a car with NOT from. I don’t remember the name of the gentlemen that helped with the purchase, but since I live out of state they had to go above and beyond to fix some details for me. Lastly, the gentleman that did all the paperwork(they actually gave me a thumb drive instead of the stack of paperwork and I was very impressed with that detail) was very friendly and we spoke about family while he explained the financials to me. I typically don’t ever take the time to do reviews, but I believe Andrew’s Cadillac is a place that people will be treated with fairness, respect, and definitely a place that has the best selection. I can say without a doubt I will make the drive to Andrew’s Cadillac for all my Cadillacs purchases in the future because I’ve never met Mr. Andrews, BUT I have met Andrea and she left a lasting impression on me. Thank you to the whole team and thank you for making the process so easy and fun. More

Julit, sister store, picked up the XT5 I wanted & delivered it back to Brentwood for me to inspect. I purchased. Awesome person to deal with, great experience. My home is in Murfreesboro. I had looked at other dealerships. I will return & advertise for Mike & Andrew’s Cadi. More
