I had been looking for a Passport for the last couple years and finally decided to buy one. I contacted several dealers and began the process. I was fortunate to speak to Terry Scudieri at Gerald in Coun years and finally decided to buy one. I contacted several dealers and began the process. I was fortunate to speak to Terry Scudieri at Gerald in Countryside. He was very professional, personable and most importantly straightforward. He gave me accurate information about the availability and cost of the vehicle and communicated frequently to give me updates. Upon purchasing the vehicle I met with several members of his team. The people at Gerald are courteous and professionals and understand that customer service is the true value associated with buying a new car. Although they are a bit further than a couple dealerships near me, I will continue to rely on them to service my Passport going forward. I highly recommend Terry and Gerald Honda. More
