Made an appointment 10 days in advance, 1st one in. Took nearly 2 hours for an oil change. Dealership has changed owners since I bought the car, my free oil changes no longer exist .But deal ! They did a really good job. I wrecked my right front tire and wheel by hitting a curb. Mike Miller handled everything for me. I came in, he was out, but he had prepped one of the other service providers with my info. We found the wheel but the tire was out of stock, with no info on when it would be in stock. So we looked for as close a match as possible and ordered. They got me a rental car and to my surprise, got a call the next day that the car was ready. The replaced the tire and wheel, rotated the wheels so I had the same tires up front, aligned the wheels and washed and cleaned the vehicle inside and out. I returned the rental car and because the rental car driver wouldn't be able to take me to Jenkins, I called Mike and he came and picked me up. Couldn't ask for a better experience. More

A two day diagnosis took over a week with no actually findings other than battery at about 73%. My 20 year old grandson who works at a Ford dealership up north asked their most experienced technicians findings other than battery at about 73%. My 20 year old grandson who works at a Ford dealership up north asked their most experienced technicians what they would recommend for the cars symptoms. They said “Change the transmission fluid.” So I asked Jenkins on the 6th or so day of having my car to put in new battery and change transmission fluid... Amazing!,,, A skipping, hesitation problem of over a year was completely resolved. My car runs as it should now.... Some seasoned technicians recommend transmission fluid change every 30,000 miles... I’m with them,,, More

I have only dealt with the parts department and service and I have to say I have been very satisfied with all of the services that I have received from Jenkins. Very professional and customer friendly staf and I have to say I have been very satisfied with all of the services that I have received from Jenkins.
