Took my truck in to have an oil change and tires rotated told me they could not because my Lugnuts were overheated and has expanded. I am 41 years old. I have never seen or heard of that ever happening and told me they could not because my Lugnuts were overheated and has expanded. I am 41 years old. I have never seen or heard of that ever happening and then proceeded to try to charge me $139 for the new Lugnuts, which is outrageous when I can get a set of new Lugnuts for $30 needless to say I will never send anyone to the Crystal River Ford dealership or will I be bringing my truck back there for service? Very unacceptable now I have to find someone else I got home and took my lug nuts off myself with a tire iron no problem . More

My wife’s vehicle was not starting. I contacted Mr. Miller about my issue and informed him that this issue is time sensitive and that I had to leave the next day for a conference. I didn't want to leave my wife stranded without a vehicle to use. Without delay Mr. Miller was able to fit my wife’s vehicle in for service immediately the next morning. It’s service like this that keeps my family coming back. More
