5-Star Experience with Mike Miroslaw and the Entire Team @ Hall Brookfield Mike Miroslaw provided my family and me with a truly outstanding experience during the purchase of our 2025 VW ID.4. From the mo @ Hall Brookfield Mike Miroslaw provided my family and me with a truly outstanding experience during the purchase of our 2025 VW ID.4. From the moment he responded to our initial inquiry through the completion of the entire purchase process, Mike delivered exceptional customer service every step of the way. What impressed us most was his honesty, transparency, and genuine commitment to ensuring we felt confident in our decision. Since the vehicle had a lemon-law buyback record, Mike went above and beyond to investigate the details and explain why the vehicle had received that designation. His efforts gave my family the assurance and peace of mind we needed to move forward with our purchase confidently. The financing process was equally transparent and stress-free. After we shared the interest rate offered by our bank, Mike worked closely with his supervisor and made every effort to secure a matching rate through the dealership, which we greatly appreciated. Another standout aspect of our experience was the efficiency of the entire process. We arrived at approximately 6:45 PM, and despite the dealership closing at 7:00 PM, Mike and the team stayed late to accommodate us. The entire purchase process, including financing, was completed in less than 90 minutes, allowing us to be on our way home before 8:00 PM. As a thoughtful finishing touch, Mike presented each of our two young daughters with a stuffed bear and a pair of sunglasses when we were leaving. The girls were absolutely thrilled and talked about their gifts the entire drive back home to downtown Chicago. Overall, Mike and the team exceeded our expectations in every way. Their professionalism, transparency, efficiency, and personal touch made this one of the best car-buying experiences our family has ever had. We highly recommend Mike Miroslaw to anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused car-buying experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More
