Hats off to Stasek Chevrolet for great service! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle at Stasek Chevrolet in Wheeling IL. My experience first began with Sale Consultant Mike Malloy. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle at Stasek Chevrolet in Wheeling IL. My experience first began with Sale Consultant Mike Malloy. In our initial meeting, I informed Mike that I was only in the prospecting phase and would not be making any immediate purchasing decisions. Mike completely understood and allowed me to feel more comfortable in this stressful yet exciting time. Mike was also flexible with my time constraints and catered to my time frame. Upon my departure, Mike crunched the numbers and we discussed some options when I returned later that day. I made a second appointment with Mike Malloy to test drive another vehicle, but appointment overlapped with his current customer. This is where the gears changed and I was introduced to another Sales Consultant… Stacey Hall. I was not sure if the transition from Mike to Stacey would be fluid, fore I just established a rapport with Mike. Sure enough, Stacey stepped up to the plate and actually completed the sale. Stacey was professional, yet incorporated humor and assurance in my Stasek Chevrolet experience. Stacey explained everything and comforted me when some of the process was taking a bit longer than anticipated. He has passion in his profession and believes in what he is representing. Besides finding the car at the price I wanted, it was the Sales Consultant Mike Malloy and Stacey Hall that sealed the deal for me. To add icing to the cake I must throw a shout out to Lisa Brie in the Finance Department at Stasek Chevrolet. Lisa explained what documents I was signing and what each was for. She made the process as smooth as silk and hand me on my way in no time. Lisa was extremely kind and answered my questions honestly and forthright. I, haven't had credit in about fourteen years, and had a few adverse credit problems I started cleaning my credit and applied for credit on a car I was told my credit scor and had a few adverse credit problems I started cleaning my credit and applied for credit on a car I was told my credit score was too low at 500 and I didn't have open account to show credit activity so I couldn't get any credit, I tried countless numbers of different stores only to be turned down, then my car broke down and I started trying to get a car, Mr. Molloy got my credit application off line called me and told me he would work with me and he did just that, I tore the meniscus in my right knee and through that he, Jeff and Crystal stuck with me and got me financed and I have a strong running used car with warranty but more over they took a chance on me and I have a chance to improve my credit score, Thanks Mr. Mike Molloy More
