So far we are Very Impressed with your knowledge of the business of both the Sales and Finance side and the differences in equipment options and costs. That is a lot to keep track of, but you didn't have to get back to me on a single question. I have been buying vehicles for years and years, and feel that you have not tired any of the usual double speak or imaginary money talk that I was expecting from a dealer Sales team member. We were looking at both the Explorer and the Expedition. Mike let us take both for extended test-drives to help us figure out which was the right choice for our family. We got very close to our initial offer, but tried to get out of the ~$700 in extras/fees they try to add to the final price. Got some of it off, but I would have rather they just kept the "extras" and left the fees off completely. Overall, GREAT experience. More

Mike got me into a brand new Lead Foot (Exterior color) STX V8 F150 and I'm happier with my truck now than I have been with any vehicle I have owned in the past. Oliver helped us agree on a deal, and I would strongly suggest for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to visit McLarty Daniel in Bentonville. More
