We had an appointment set up, but my wife and I happened to be in the area the day before the appointment. We wanted to see what was available on the lot prior to our appointment with Mike. Unfortunately, Mike had a family engagement planned when we arrived, so he apologized and asked us if Tim Peffley could help us. I told Mike that I completely understood and that working with Tim would be fine. After all, we are the ones who arrived unexpectedly. Tim did an outstanding job understanding our needs and wants. He also helped us understand our wants wouldn't fall into the price range that we were looking for. Rather than leave it at that, he asked what our specific needs were. When we told him, he knew exactly what he could put us in that would fit the payments we were looking for. While Tim was working with Kevin Berger to find the best financing option, my wife and I were met with Mr. Beau Townsend. That was an unexpected surprise! Never before, in all of our years of purchasing vehicles, has the dealership owner took time to greet us and spend time talking with us. After that meeting, we knew we were buying our new vehicle from Beau Townsend Ford. We are now the owners of a 2014 Escape, which we thoroughly enjoy! Kevin Berger did a fantastic job getting us the best possible financing for this vehicle. Ford Credit gave us a rate that blew us away! Kevin took time going through the paperwork ensuring we completely understood everything. We have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle in the 27 years we have been married. I am a 20-year AF veteran so we have dealt with dealerships from around the world. Beau Townsend Ford is definitely at the top of their game in getting customers what they want and/or need! We will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to go to Beau Townsend Ford! More
