All the staff, especially Cindy L., were extremely friendly and professional. They make it a comfortable experience while you are inside the dealership. If they offer you coffee, TAKE IT! Good stuff. Test driving was easy, closing was pretty easy... just keep in mind that they don't haggle a lot on price. When it comes time to agree on a price, the experience went a bit south. The managers started to sound a bit like you'd expect used car salesmen to sound. Lots of canned answers and explanations of why they really can't budge much on price. It clearly worked for them as I still bought the car and liked the dealership a lot. More

Sullivan in Arlington Hts is FANTASTIC We have been looking for a first car for our son for a few weeks with no success. We almost believed there were absolutely no used cars under $10,000 We have been looking for a first car for our son for a few weeks with no success. We almost believed there were absolutely no used cars under $10,000 that were reliable and safe for our sons first car. Two different dealers tried to put him in cars where we found the trans slipping during our test drives!! Chris Lahey at Sullivan showed us and sold us a great car that we feel comfortable to let our son drive. Chris understood our needs and price range for this purchase and met these requirements. Don't know why we didn't make Sullivan our first stop (except it is pretty far from where we live) but totally worth the drive! This is the third car a member of our family purchased from Sullivan and won't be the last! More
