Purchase of new Civic Hatchback As we started to look for a new (used) car, we were very undecided as to what we wanted. Having owned an '02 Accord for 13 years, we went to Parkway H As we started to look for a new (used) car, we were very undecided as to what we wanted. Having owned an '02 Accord for 13 years, we went to Parkway Honda in Dover. Mike Parker answered all of our questions as to models, warranties, buying used vs new, and left us to make our decision on our own. We returned the next day and bought a new Civic Hatchback, which we're very pleased with. The financing and paperwork with mike Smith was very efficient. Mike explained each document that we signed, as well as an extended service contract that was available, which we purchased - with no regrets. I feel that the entire staff at Parkway Honda in Dover, Including the service and parts departments, are courteous, professional and knowledgeable, and would recommend their services to anyone. More
