Friday August 11, 2023 the service dept. changed oil and rotated tires. Everything seemed fine until two days later I found a lug nut laying in my driveway. Obviously, they did not tighten changed oil and rotated tires. Everything seemed fine until two days later I found a lug nut laying in my driveway. Obviously, they did not tighten all the lug nuts properly, fairly dangerous. I took it back the following Monday and they secured the lug nut and checked the rest as well. I sent a review previously through google, they took it down. Left message for Mike Parks, service mgr, never heard back, however, Chrissy took care of the situation. More
