They didn’t change my tires bc my lug nuts were too tight and could strip. They are the only ones that rotates my tires. Everyone at Ben Davis Ford has always been fair and extremely helpful anytime we need them . On this occasion our daughter had just bought a car that they were planning to drive to Florida on April fir extremely helpful anytime we need them . On this occasion our daughter had just bought a car that they were planning to drive to Florida on April first . I ask if they could drive that car and put it up on the lift and take a look around to make sure everything was all right . Even though they were booked they managed to squeeze us in and found that the tires definitely needed replaced before taking the trip to Florida . The tires looked ok visually but were definitely coming apart . They also pointed out other problems that needed fixed but should be ok for the trip . For a fair charge they gave us piece of mind that the checked out other than the tires . Thank you all for your help ! Keith and Kim High More
