My experience is the total opposite of the other reviews. My salesman was nice. We thought we could trust them. They treat you like family. I don't need family like them. Five days after I bought a 2015 Trax My salesman was nice. We thought we could trust them. They treat you like family. I don't need family like them. Five days after I bought a 2015 Trax from them that they said had been gone through and was in great shape. The check motor light came on and said not to drive it or the motor could be damaged. I called my Salesman MIke and he said I was out of luck. They will not help me. Goes to show you can't trust the Knippelmier Chevrolet Dealership. Now I'm out the down payment and stuck with a car I can't drive and payments for 3 years. They won't show this rating. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of a first time buyer who is a new mother and a CNA in a nursing home. More

Great Experience at a Dealership Knipplemier Chevrolet and my salesman Mike Raby made shopping for a vehicle a great experience. Absolutely no pressure and great communication. I was Knipplemier Chevrolet and my salesman Mike Raby made shopping for a vehicle a great experience. Absolutely no pressure and great communication. I was able to drive the vehicle and bring a friend back to test drive and check out the deal as well. Totally up front and none of the high pressure sales I have experienced in the past. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle and wanting to be treated fairly and get honest answers and an honest price!!!! Will be back for future vehicles! More

I just purchased a 2020 Chevrolet crew cab from this dealership and had the best salesman Mike Rabby. Mike went out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted. This guy walked me through every step, answ dealership and had the best salesman Mike Rabby. Mike went out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted.
