I've bought two cars here and I may be stuck only buying Hyundais from here on out since this is the only dealership I've ever been to where the experience was painless. No pressure, no hidden fees. Our sales person, Ron Thomas, is incredibly helpful and pleasant. After my first experience at this dealership, I told my wife if we couldn't get the vehicle she was looking for through this dealer and Ron, it probably was not going to happen. The finance process is even smooth. I've been to dealerships where the finance person will pull out high pressure tactics to sell you on service add-ons/extended warranties. Not here. Anyone who dreads the idea of buying a new car needs to check this dealership out. More

I am rating the service from the day we drove this vehicle off the lot. Service has been horrible! I would not recommend anyone to the Clermont Hyundai location.
